Karen La Cava

Karen has over 20 years of experience selling real estate, in which she is known for consistently acquiring multiple offers and getting homes sold at significantly higher dollar amounts than the anticipated market values, no matter the climate.  She has focused on architectural properties (both new & old), on top of standard sales-has been involved in trust, probate, bank owned, & distressed sales, along with selling investment properties. Through-out her career, Karen has been known to be a visionary when working with buyers, in order for them to grasp the possibilities in their new homes & investments. Her lifelong interest in architecture & real estate has been an asset for her clients. She has also been interested in the environmental impact of real estate, is always willing to share her idea, and has a "Green Designation".

Prior to Coldwell Banker, Karen hung her license with a boutique brokerage, Pantanella & Partners, and had a long run with Keller Williams Marina/LA.  During her real estate career she has served as a mentor to new up and coming agents, regularly taught classes, and has served on the Agent Leadership Council, along with winning numerous productivity awards amongst her brokerage peers.

Karen has been living in Venice since 1990, where she sits on the board of directors for both the Venice Chamber of Commerce and Venice Art Crawl. Being involved in the community is very important to her.

Karen is a NY transplant, where her family has a background in real estate and construction. Thus, real estate was a natural career choice for her.

She loves her career and looks forward to helping people sell & purchase one of the most important & costly investments they make in their lifetime....
